How it works

Three steps to game day

Open registration

Captains sign up from your league page, no account needed. You approve, Kolvo creates the team, and they pay their fee online.

Generate the season

Pick your nights, slots and courts and the schedule builds itself. One public link carries all of it, no login for fans.

Run game day

Score courtside on the live clock, on the web or in the Kolvo app. Standings and stats update themselves, and every final gets a shareable card.

Everything the season needs

One tool from signup
to championship

Nine jobs a commissioner does every season. All of them here, none of them in a spreadsheet.

01Registration & waitlistsCaptains sign up from your page. Team caps roll extras into a waitlist.

02Team fees, paid onlineCard payments straight to your bank. Split per player, or mark cash paid.

03Sponsors & merchPROSell sponsor slots and merch from your page. Keep 90%, or pass the fee to the buyer.

04Schedules that fit your gymYour nights, slots and courts. No team double-booked.

05Live scoringTap a player, tap the stat, on a real clock. Keeps tallying when the Wi-Fi drops.

06Standings & bracketsTables update after every result. Single, double or group-stage brackets.

07Stats & record booksBox scores, leaders and player pages. Career totals on Pro.

08Broadcast & scoreboardsA live score bug over your YouTube or OBS stream, and a gym TV scoreboard.

09Shareable graphicsEvery final makes a share card with each team's top performer.

Full details for each on the desktop grid, and in the demo leagues.

Registration & waitlists

Captains sign up from your league page — no account until you approve. Free agents raise their hand, and team caps roll extras into an ordered waitlist.

Team fees, paid online

Collect by card straight to your bank — one team payment, or split it so every player pays their own spot. Mark cash and e-transfer payments paid in the same place.

03PRO

Sponsors & merch

Sell sponsor slots and your league's merch right from your page. Businesses buy sponsor slots and fans buy merch by card, picked up at a game. You keep 90% of both, or pass Kolvo's 10% to the buyer at checkout.

Schedules that fit your gym

Pick your nights, slots and courts. Kolvo fills the calendar, never double-books a team, and rotates the late slot fairly.

Live scoring

Tap a player, tap the stat, on a real clock with fouls and timeouts. Every tap undoes cleanly, and it keeps tallying when the gym Wi-Fi doesn't.

Standings & brackets

Tables recompute after every result. Single or double elimination, group stage into knockout, or reseeded each round — seeded from your standings or your own seed order.

Stats & record books

Box scores, season leaders and player pages for every league. On Pro, career totals follow a player across teams and seasons, plus an all-time record book.

Broadcast & scoreboards

A live score bug over your stream with YouTube or OBS — clock, fouls, timeouts. Full-screen scoreboard, buzzer included, on the gym TV.

Shareable graphics

Every final renders a shareable card: the score and each team's top performer, plus your MVP pick. League logo and colors on Pro. Fans passing those around is the league's marketing.

One dashboard. One link.

You get a control room. They get a link.

Organizers run the season from one place. Players, parents and fans get a clean public page — no account, no download, nothing to explain.
